Return & Refund Policy ​1. Right of Withdrawal (The 7-Day Rule) 


​In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, you have the right to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.


​Conditions: The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. ​Shipping Costs: For "no-reason" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless otherwise stated. ​2. Defective or Non-Compliant Products 


​If the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our store:


​You are entitled to a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. ​We will cover the return shipping fees for defective items. ​Please report such issues within 30 days of discovery to qualify for a remedy under Saudi Consumer Protection. ​3. Non-Returnable Items 


​Under KSA law, certain items are excluded from the right of return unless they are defective:


​Personal Care: Cosmetics, perfumes, and undergarments (for health and hygiene reasons). ​Customized Goods: Items manufactured to your specific specifications. ​Digital Content: Software or digital keys that have been downloaded or used. ​Perishables: Food and flowers. ​4. Refund Process 


​Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


​Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay). ​Timeline: According to Saudi regulations, refunds are typically processed within 15 days of the refund request approval. ​Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders paid via COD, refunds may be issued as store credit or via bank transfer to a Saudi bank account.
