Shipping Policy
1. Mandatory National Address (2026 Regulation)
In compliance with the Saudi Transport General Authority (TGA) regulations effective January 1, 2026, all orders delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must include a valid National Address.
- Required Format: You must provide your 8-character alphanumeric Short Address Code (e.g., RNMA7272) at checkout.
- Failure to Provide: Orders without a valid National Address will be rejected by our delivery partners. We are not responsible for delays or returned shipments caused by missing or incorrect address details.
2. Shipping Destinations & Times
We currently deliver to all major cities across the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Makkah.
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
- Express Shipping (Major Cities): 1 to 2 business days.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
3. Shipping Costs

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over [Insert Free Shipping Threshold].

4. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
For products shipped from outside Saudi Arabia:
- VAT: A 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to all imports.
- Customs Duties: Orders valued above 1,000 SAR are subject to additional customs duties and formal clearance procedures.
- Responsibility: Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website (e.g., Aramex, SMSA, or SPL).
6. Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. If the delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A re-shipping fee may apply to send the item again.
Merchant Implementation Tips:
- Checkout Customization: Update your Shopify "Address 2" or "Company" field label to "National Address (Short Code)" and make it a required field for Saudi customers.
- ZATCA Readiness: Ensure your shipping labels include the necessary QR codes if you are integrated with Saudi e-invoicing systems.
- Local Carriers: For the best rates and reliability in KSA, consider using SMSA Express, Aramex, or Saudi Post (SPL).
